从最新
main（#7 的合并提交3bc7b19）开出。把 emilkowalski/skills 的skills/remove-animations收进motion，安装范围仍是该上游的用户级：装到~/.claude/skills/remove-animations/。它和
find-animation-opportunities是一对：后者找该加的动效，这一份只删不该留下的动效，不新增、不重调动效。名称没有冲突。清单里的 29 个 skill 互不相同，
SKILL.md的name也是remove-animations。按现有流程改了
skills.json，用scripts/sync-upstream.py写入vendor/motion/emilkowalski-skills/skills/remove-animations/和skills.lock.json，并重新生成了docs/UPSTREAMS.md。README 的动效表、目录树，以及THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md已补上这一条。emilkowalski 的锁定提交仍是
a81dbca。同步时 impeccable 的上游从5e745ac前进到df3a4ab（提交说明是 Sync generated provider output），启动脚本impeccable/impeccable.cmd有更新，锁定提交已跟随。检查
scripts/check.sh：通过scripts/sync-upstream.py --check：通过（四家上游都已是最新）
