Refresh the README's WeChat Group 4 QR image with the supplied code, valid through November 13, 2026. The existing README image reference continues to display the updated asset.
Validation: verified the original PNG (720 x 1094) and its SHA256 after transfer, successfully decoded the QR code to a WeChat group URL, and passed git diff --check. Only assets/repo_images/WeChat_Group.png changes.
