Unable to install required ruby 2.6.6

• OS: Manjaro 22.0.0
• rvm 1.29.12

After I clone the fork and cd to the directory, I get the message

Required ruby-2.6.6 is not installed.
To install do: 'rvm install "ruby-2.6.6"'

So I enter that in, and after a few minutes, make fails with an error (logs attached)

Actually, I'll just try later with docker per the instructions on the README.
