Descrição da Sugestão

Adicionar motores que possuem suporte à nova arquitetura de pooling de threads: I/O Completion Ports (IOCP) no windows e epoll no linux.
Atualmente 2 motores pascal implementam IOCP:
Delphi:

Lazarus:

Esta tarefa implementa a tarefa #109.
