Title: Add PAL C for 6 functions; 20 catalogue rows that end on a branch

6 PAL-only functions, one commit each, chosen as in #33–#55 (fingerprint in no row of config/us/functions.tsv, no match or near row places them).

Catalogue notes

1. 20 rows of config/pal/functions.tsv end on a branch or jump with no delay slot: the last word of the row is a jr/b/beq…, so its delay slot is left out (4 bytes short). In 15 of the 19 level rows the delay slot is a 4-byte row of its own (for example func_L05_0058FF60 ends on jr $ra at 0x0058FFFC and func_L05_00590000 is 4 bytes); in the other 4 (func_L00_00533A48, func_L00_005596C8, func_L00_00564CE0, func_L00_00564F9C) it is the first word of the next row. These rows cannot match as they are:
