Description
When creating a NetApp image datastore in the new 7.4 interface it has some default values that cause an issue, and then when creating the System datastore it's missing a value entirely.
For the image datastore, the default for the grow threshold is wrong:
NETAPP_GROW_THRESHOLD=0
By default in the driver this value is 90 and it has to be between 1-99 for the API to work, but if you leave this alone in the interface it sets it to 0 which causes an API error. It does leave the SNAPSHOT_RESERVE correct, at 10, when that's not defined, so it appears to be the defaults in the FireEdge form.
For the System Datastore it shows
[one.datastore.allocate] no tm mad in template.
To Reproduce
Create a NetApp Image and System datastores
Expected behavior
NETAPP_GROW_THRESHOLD should default to 90
NetApp System Datastores should be able to be created from the interface.
Details
- Affected Component: FireEdge
- Hypervisor: any
