IOTHREADS missing in VM OS&CPU Features configuration

Description
When attaching a disk, there is an option to set IOTHREAD id, with a hint to enable iothreads in the OS&CPU configuration.

To Reproduce

1. Instantiate a VM
2. Check the help hint when attaching a disk (Image or Volatile - doesn't matter)
3. Edit the VM configuration

Expected behavior
The tooltip should not mislead, or the option should be available in VM's OS&CPU Features configuration.
