The vendored fmi4c.h used to define it before including windows.h, so that windows.h does not pull in winsock.h, which breaks Asio. Upstream fmi4c does not, so set it as a public compile definition of the fmi4c target instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
