Rewrite Git Repo handling.
Not as much of a mess anymore and more extensible.
Also new option to automatically Merge in unfinished PRs

• ✨ GodooManifest add support to merge multiple other branches into git repos.
• ✨Add Odoo base pip install to source get get-dependencies and bootstrap
• ♻️ Refactor Git Repository handling.
• ⚡️Update default Postgres and Nginx conf
• 🔇 Supress logs and actions about "studio_customisations" module, as thats a special case for studio we need to figure out.
• 🚑 Godoo Test: Account module tests, generic COA is not in Odoo >16
• 💚 Fix Build System
