CLAUDE.md: compot images are not published; equivalents from ci/

Follow-up to #40. compot/cross and compot/android are built on a maintainer's machine and are not published. Each command that uses them now has an equivalent built from the repository's own ci/Dockerfile.native, ci/Dockerfile.cross or ci/Dockerfile.android, the same images CI uses. The layout now matches cerberus's CLAUDE.md.

Documentation only.

Tested on main e8dc7cf:

• vtesse-ci-native (ci/Dockerfile.native): make test, 63 checks, 0 failures.
• An image built from ci/Dockerfile.cross with TOOLCHAIN_CACHE=/opt/tc: QEMU=1 ci/build-musl.sh arm32, 62 checks, 0 failures.
• android/build.sh without VTESSE_ANDROID_IMAGE is the CI path itself (the Android APK job).
