Request a code review from Qodo #34
Description
Onboarding with Qodo was skipped: the code went to main without PRs, so Qodo never reviewed it.
- Get a review of the whole codebase from Qodo (e.g. a PR from a branch that contains the full tree against an empty base, or whatever Qodo supports for a full-repo review).
- Triage the findings: fix the valid ones in follow-up PRs, answer the rest.
- From now on, changes go through PRs so Qodo reviews them.

Done. Qodo reviewed the whole codebase in #35; the fixes went through #36 (v1.12) over five review rounds: 22 findings fixed, 1 declined as not a bug (udprelay fd), the last round reported no bugs. Changes now go through PRs so Qodo reviews them.
