Adds the lab's first touch device, a TECNO KM4 phone (Android 15, Unisoc UMS9230E,
.170), to Devices, and how to reach it with adb. It only offers Wireless debugging:adb pair <ip>:<pairing port> <code>once, thenadb connect <ip>:<debugging port>. The debugging port changes when debugging restarts.Docs only, no version bump.
