A second issue form next to Device report, for cameras / NVR channels / encoders / RTSP servers tested with the app (label camera-report, title [Camera]: ):

• required: manufacturer, model, firmware kind (OpenIPC/Majestic, other OpenIPC streamer, stock, other), RTSP URL with the password replaced by ***, video codec(s) (H.264 / H.265 / MJPEG / other), app version + device, overall result;
• optional: firmware version, processor/SoC, image sensor, other streams (substream, MJPEG), resolution / fps / bitrate, audio codec, working transports (TCP, UDP, Auto, Multicast, UDP push), authentication (none, Basic, Digest, credentials in the path), camera limits (one RTSP client at a time, no recovery after a camera reboot), what works (single view, multi-view, audio, WebUI, debug page), comment, log;
• the form reminds to remove passwords and public IPs.
