WebUI: full-screen browser that resizes for the on-screen keyboard (#159) #160

Description

From #159 (Lenovo TB-8504X, Android 8.1, touch): in WebUI the on-screen keyboard covers the camera page's input fields, and typed characters disappear when the focus moves to another field.

WebUI opens in a small AlertDialog around a WebView (MenuManager.startBrowser); SOFT_INPUT_ADJUST_RESIZE barely moves such a dialog, and the dialog relayouts as the keyboard shows/hides.

Plan: open WebUI full screen (no dialog frame), the window resizes for the keyboard (adjustResize) and the page scrolls the focused field into view; Back closes it. Keep the #120 behaviour (keyboard shows for page fields) and the D-pad use on TV boxes.

No touch device in the lab: check on the Aceline boxes that nothing broke, then ask the reporter in #159 to try the CI build.

Merged in #161, released as v2.02. Checked on Aceline-2 (.145): WebUI opens full screen with Close on top, Back closes it. Not checked on a touch device; waiting for the reporter in #159 before closing.
