Version bump for the 3.0.2 release: src/version.h, the Android versionName/versionCode (30002) and the default of the manual release workflow.

What 3.0.2 brings since v3.0.1:

• build: static musl release binaries for Linux, no UPX (#54) #56: the Linux release binaries (arm, mipsel, aarch64, x86_64) are static and linked against musl, not packed with UPX (Release Linux binaries are dynamically linked against glibc 2.38 and UPX-packed; build static musl instead #54). The v3.0.1 ones were dynamic against glibc 2.38 and did not start on OpenIPC firmware. Checked on OpenIPC ARM and MIPS cameras.
• android: shrink resources and keep three locales (#55, step A) #57, android: drop AppCompat and Material (#55, step B) #58: the Android APK is 517 KB instead of 2.5 MB (Android: shrink the APK from 2.5 MB — A) resource shrinking and locale filter, then B) drop AppCompat and Material #55): resource shrinking and three locales, and no AppCompat or Material. The settings are a separate screen now; the README screenshots are updated.

Checked locally: all four static targets build and pass the unit tests under qemu, --version prints camex 3.0.2.
