Modules and tests from bmd_sg/image_generators/ and bmd_sg/charts/, imports rewritten to display_patterns; chart deps fill the charts extra, tifffile fills the io extra, with TIFF exports imported lazily so each extra stands alone. Equivalence tests compare rendered arrays against the bmd-signal-gen checkout array-for-array.
Delete the shipped package-scaffold and verbatim-move workstreams; mark package shape, catalog, extraction, and file export in progress. Completion waits on the PyPI release and bmd-signal-gen adoption.
