This removes OpenCCU rootfs patch 0133-WebUI-Fix-InternalIDExposure.patch, now that OpenCCU/OpenCCU-Base#198 is merged.

• Records the completed 0143 migration (webui: fix translations and translate the wind direction abbreviations OpenCCU-Base#197 / build(openccu-base): migrate patch 0143 #4437) in docs/base-patch-migration/state.json and refreshes the verified checkpoint to the current pin a55e7d95 (set by build(openccu-base): migrate patch 0143 #4437).

OpenCCU-Base now has the "Systeminterne Kanäle einblenden/ausblenden" button in "Status und Bedienung > Geräte", which shows the internal (e.g. MAINTENANCE) device channels on request (#1751). The function and room views, the alarm messages and the favorite editor also list the enabled internal channels (#1475, #1477).

Base main between the previous pin a55e7d95 and the merge commit contains only OpenCCU/OpenCCU-Base#198. Its tree is identical to the validated candidate 24ea23f6.

The remaining rootfs patch count is 54.

Validation

• Canonical git4 archive regenerated with Buildroot 2026.08's download tooling.
• create_patches.sh --check: clean.
• base-patch-migration.py index: PASS (54 patches). The migration unit tests passed.
• validate against the new pin: PASS. All 54 patches apply with zero fuzz.
• compare against the current pin a55e7d95 with all 55 patches: IDENTICAL (4666 entries, cleanup removal of 0133).
