Updates the ReGaHss binaries in bin/<platform>/ReGaHss to version R1.00.0388.0263 for all platforms (aarch64-linux-gnu, arm-linux-gnueabihf, i686-linux-gnu, x86_64-linux-gnu) and src/ReGaHss/ChangeLog accordingly.

Changes

Entries of src/ReGaHss/ChangeLog for this release:

2026-10-14 Jens Maus <mail@jens-maus.de>

  * fix ReGaHss aborting with "pure virtual method called" / "terminate
called without an active exception" (SIGABRT) at the end of a stop (e.g.
SIGTERM) if programs with time modules existed: when the DOM was
destroyed, a time module condition deleted its calendar datapoint while
the DOM container was already partially destroyed (depending on the
order of the object IDs). The objects of the DOM are now deleted while
    the container is still complete.
  * fix the shutdown of the authentication service
(AuthenticatorServiceEnabled=true) when ReGaHss is stopped: its thread
was cancelled immediately while it was waiting for a request, its object
was destroyed without waiting for the thread to end, and the service was
only stopped after the DOM it uses had already been destroyed. The
service now waits for requests with a timeout, is stopped cooperatively
before the runtime threads and the DOM, and is only cancelled if it does
    not exit within 5s.
