Updates the ReGaHss binaries in bin/<platform>/ReGaHss to version R1.00.0388.0262 for all platforms (aarch64-linux-gnu, arm-linux-gnueabihf, i686-linux-gnu, x86_64-linux-gnu) and src/ReGaHss/ChangeLog accordingly.

Changes

Entries of src/ReGaHss/ChangeLog for this release:

2026-10-13 Jens Maus <mail@jens-maus.de>

  * fix enumerations of the type etUserPages (e.g. ID_USERPAGES) not being
accessible: dom.GetObject() returned null and dom.DeleteObject()
returned false for them, because of a remaining license check for the
unreleased user pages feature. Enumerations whose type was set to
etUserPages via .EnumType() therefore remained as inaccessible objects
in the DOM. The license check was removed, so these objects can be
accessed and deleted like any other object.
    (cf. https://github.com/OpenCCU/OpenCCU/issues/2640)
  * fix sporadic crashes (SIGSEGV, use-after-free, "terminate called
without an active exception") and hangs of ReGaHss when it is stopped
with SIGTERM: the runtime threads were cancelled immediately instead of
being stopped, and resources (e.g. the scheduler list) were freed while
other threads still used them. The runtime threads are now stopped
cooperatively and are only cancelled if they do not exit within 5s
(20s for the final save of the DOM), the XML-RPC server is shut down
after its thread exited, and the scheduler list and the history ring
buffer are kept until they are no longer used.
    (cf. https://github.com/OpenCCU/ReGaHss-Test/pull/196)
  * fix an out-of-bounds read when a new object (e.g. dom.CreateObject())
was added to the internal object map while the map was full: the
entry behind the end of the map was read to determine the insert
position (reported by AddressSanitizer when creating more than 65535
objects). The behaviour does not change otherwise.
