docs: live-board fixes plan - #637

An index plus one plan per PR (P1-P7) for the legacy-engine live board fixes, each dry-run on main@17c552c5 and verified item by item. The direction spec gains a dated errata block and five in-place corrections found while planning. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

P1 ran on fix/live-early-close; a prior-art scan (libraries, exchange releases, vendor responses, literature) and a final review added nine commits. The plan now lists them with their reasons, the references and verdicts (adopt / cite / cross-check), what was confirmed unchanged, what stays open, and pointers for later plans. Task 1.5's PR body and dated issue are updated for the amended branch, and Decision 1 notes the change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the live-board fixes plan: an index plus one plan per PR (P1–P7) under
docs/superpowers/plans/. Each phase was dry-run on main@17c552c5 and then verified item by item. Also corrects five claims in the 2026-10-14 direction spec, with a dated Errata block plus in-place fixes. No code changes.Deadlines
