optimization.liquid-flow下的液体优化开关，需要在默认nukkit.yml模板中补齐配置项。所有新开关默认关闭，确保未配置服务器行为不变。关联 Nukkit PR: EaseCation/Nukkit#192

这些配置都是实验性液体性能优化开关，默认关闭。服务器缺失这些 key 时，Nukkit 代码也会回退到默认关闭值。
