Changes

• Integrate released jig 0.21.3, aligning Gradle and Maven argument quoting with native resolution while preserving Java argfile correctness.
• Update the pinned module version and regenerated artifact hashes, including the test module transitively using jig.

Validation

• Built native launcher fixtures and ran the full suite using source-built ja with the released jig artifact: 491 passed, 3 skipped (494 discovered).
• Confirmed jig 0.21.3 was loaded in the built ja runtime.
• git diff --check passed.
