feat(sdd): improve code quality

[LeoVS09]

• adds code-reviwer agent, which focuses on code quality checks
• update developer agent with code quality rules
• update qa-engineer with testing strategy generation methodology
• different improvements to increase the chance of code reusability

Closes: #71 - need to work out on performance optimization more, the current version will check for it, but not enough. On the other hand, adding a higher amount of attention to performance can increase the number of false positives
