feat(demo): live stock race and visual README - #9

POST /api/demo/stock-race releases N buyers at once against M units, each in its own order, scope and transaction. Write conflicts are retried and the balanced verdict is computed from the persisted product. The panel gets a Race view; the in-browser engine answers sequentially and says so. Also fixes the dashboard KPIs rendering 0 (misnamed property), the Architecture header button printed as raw markup, and view headers hidden under the sticky top bar after navigation. Spec: specs/001-stock-race (REQ-070 to REQ-073).
README is now English and visual: stock race hero, state diagram, layered architecture figure and panel screenshots, with a short claim-to-test table. Requirements, traceability, tasks and changelog cover REQ-070 to REQ-073 and the 82-test suite.
