Update the CUDA include directory handling in CMake configuration to align with modern CMake’s FindCUDAToolkit module (since version 17.5 https://cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.17/search.html?q=CUDAToolkit_INCLUDE_DIRS). The variable
CMAKE_CUDA_TOOLKIT_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIESSeems to be an empty string, the path is now returned in
CUDAToolkit_INCLUDE_DIRS
