Description

We frequently hear that potential integrators want to see how message sending works in practice, prior to onboarding. And they often request demos of webUI – which is an unsustainable drain on time for sector leads, OBMs and POs across the programme.

This new page of content aims to reassure integrators of the tool they'll be using once they're onboarded and improve their ability to self-serve, by including sections which describe:

  • how to log in to the Notify webUI and create and review message templates
  • how to set up message plans
  • how to check the performance of messages once they've been sent, depending on whether integrators use API or MESH

The new content also includes screenshots of the webUI with descriptive ALT text, to provide visual reassurance to users while ensuring that screen reader users can still access the information.

Context

Integrators need to know:

  • how to get set up using webUI, and what it looks like
  • how messaging and templating work
  • what messages will look like when they're sent to recipients
  • which tool they'll be using after they've onboarded to NHS Notify

Content looks great. Two small suggestions in the opening section; two spelling/markdown issues at the end.
