Adds a short "Where ARK fits" section positioning ARK relative to the sibling Agentic Assurance Profile (AAP):

  • ARK = a runtime reliability layer (run it)
  • AAP = a repository-level assurance profile (adopt it)
  • Framed as complementary, not competing — ARK's deterministic policies and JSON incident artifacts can serve as runtime evidence under AAP.

Placement: inserted after Core Modules (not after Goals) so the referenced @ark/policy / @ark/report artifacts are already introduced — avoids forward-referencing undefined terms.

Wording was reviewed for accuracy against AAP's own README (no misrepresentation of what AAP is), kept to 3 sentences, category-based (no competitor comparison table) to keep the README clean.

…ssurance)

Adds a short positioning section clarifying that ARK is a runtime
reliability layer, a different layer from the Agentic Assurance Profile
(AAP) — a repository-level assurance profile you adopt. Frames the two as
complementary (run ARK / adopt AAP), with ARK's deterministic policies and
JSON incident artifacts usable as runtime evidence under AAP.

Placed after Core Modules so the referenced packages/artifacts are already
defined (no forward references).
