Companion to #35, which changes the signup form and the privacy page. This PR no longer touches either file, so the two PRs don't conflict. It adds the two parts of #34 that #35 leaves out.
Before: the confirmation page says only that release emails will arrive, and How it works doesn't mention the updates.
After:
/subscribe/confirmedalso mentions the weekly update for anyone who ticked its box, and points to the preferences link in every email for changing choices./how-it-works#updatesgains a short "Updates" section: the weekly update is generated from the ledger, shows forecasts as forecasts and never as scores, and each week's draft is read and approved by a person before it is sent. A quiet week is skipped.How: plain copy edits.
