기존 설치자는 스토어에 새 버전이 올라가도 알 길이 없었다(확인 로직이 없음). 실행·복귀 때 /api/v2/app/version 과 비교해 minVersion 미만이면 닫을 수 없는 업데이트 화면, latestVersion 미만이면 '나중에'로 닫는 안내를 띄운다. 확인이 실패하면 아무것도 띄우지 않는다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
