full 40-character commit SHA, with the original tag preserved as a
comment, e.g.
uses: actions/checkout@11bd719 # v4
Tags and branches are mutable; commit SHAs are not. Pinning to a SHA
closes a supply-chain vector where a compromised action could replace
what runs in CI without changing the tag we reference.

Overview
Pins third-party GitHub Actions that previously used mutable version tags so CI runs fixed commits instead of whatever a tag might point to later. Each pin keeps the original tag in an inline comment (for example
actions/checkoutv6.1.0,actions/setup-nodev6.5.0,crowdin/github-actionv2.17.1).Updates span ci, crowdin, dependency_review, nightly, security-code-scanner, trivy, and trivy-cache workflows.
actions/checkoutis pinned everywhere it appeared as@v6;setup-nodeis pinned in the Prettier and link-check jobs.
