Add priority selector UI component in feature package and integrate with CreateTask screen and ViewModel to allow selecting and persisting task priority. Closes #123
- Added `LocalIsDarkTheme` `CompositionLocal` and provided it inside `Theme.kt`. - Updated `Priority.viewData()` to determine the theme mode using `LocalIsDarkTheme` instead of calculating background color luminance.
Add priority field to the Create Task screen (issue #123).
