fix(release): normalize v1.1.8 version metadata

Problem

After release/v1.1.8 was merged to main, the full release preflight failed at Verify repository version metadata because npm run version:check treated three generated files as stale. The files contained the correct 1.1.8 values but had an extra trailing blank line, so the sync script's exact generated-text comparison failed.

Fix

Run npm run version:sync from the release/v1.1.8 baseline and commit only the generated formatting corrections in:

• App/memmy-agent/package.json
• App/shell/desktop/package.json
• App/backend/src/project-version.ts

The root and agent lockfiles were already aligned with 1.1.8 and remain unchanged.

Validation

• Reproduced the pre-fix stale files: App/memmy-agent/package.json, App/shell/desktop/package.json, App/backend/src/project-version.ts
• npm run version:check
• npm run test:release-workflow (30 passed, 5 skipped)
• npm run test:packaging-guards (44 passed)
• git diff --check

After this PR is merged, rerun the draft release workflow with version=1.1.8, preflight_level=full, create_draft=true, and target_sha set to the new main commit SHA.
