Owner, 2026-10-07: "try this icon for prism terminal". build/icon.ico (16-256 px frames, every one resampled from the full-size source), build/icon-source.png (the artwork with a few stray specks outside the face cleared, centred on a square), and the README's assets/prism-terminal-icon.png. Owner, 2026-10-07: "try this icon but give it a outer border just like wind has since i have a black taskbar so we need a faint border". The artwork, cropped so the shapes fill more of the frame, sits on Wind's rounded black badge (8..248 of 256, corner 56) with a #202020 edge. tools/make-icon.py now draws the badge for every frame from the artwork, the edge exactly one physical pixel and snapped to the frame's pixels, in the 19 sizes Windows asks for between 100% and 300%.
