docs(publication): ship English-only docs

Summary

• Make docs English-only with plain routes.
• Restore the deleted Spanish-only coverage as English docs.
• Replace docs logo/favicon/social image assets with Ghostmy PNG files.

Changes

Routes	Removed /en split and Spanish slugs; added plain English routes.
Coverage	Restored get-started, guide, reference, architecture, roadmap, status, and support docs in English.
Assets	Switched Docusaurus logo/favicon/social image config to Ghostmy PNG assets.
Deploy	Kept Vercel/Docusaurus build config hardened for clean URLs.

Test Plan

• npm run build exits 0.
• Restored routes exist in the built docs.
• No /en or /es build route directories remain.
• No Spanish/language split markers or raw em dashes found.
• No stale SVG/ICO refs remain.
