Complete the German translation coverage for Robot Framework Browser 20.6.0 and improve URL validation in the translation tools.

Changes

• Add missing German keyword documentation and argument descriptions.
• Update the German documentation for Browser 20.6.0, including load-report behavior and persistent-context arguments.
• Translate remaining English descriptions and improve German wording.
• Normalize URL extraction so markup and trailing punctuation do not produce false missing-URL warnings.
• Add unit coverage for URL extraction with markup and sentence punctuation.
• Format the German, Finnish, and French translation acceptance suites.

Validation

• inv lint passes.
• inv utest passes: 32 tests.
• inv validate --warnings completes without errors; it reports four existing code-span warnings for French translations.
• git diff --check passes.
