Removes compiled Python artifacts (pycache, .pyc) that were
accidentally committed in two project folders:
Adds a .gitignore scoped to each folder (matching the existing
convention already used in images/ and MAEs/Hybrid_Transformer_Thanh_Nguyen/)
to prevent these from being re-committed.
