Added documentation for the new inline CSP blocked-App notice introduced in the merged PR. When an MCP App reports a CSP violation and never finishes loading, users now see an inline notice in the widget area instead of an empty box.

Documents the inline notice in Playground when an App is blocked by CSP, so users can identify missing
_meta.ui.cspdomains without opening the debug panel. Previously the widget area stayed empty; now, after a short delay, it shows the blocked directive and first blocked origin, and the notice clears once you add the domain and the App loads.Written for commit c596dd4.
