[Feature]: Extend journal data picker to future dates

What would you like?

Currently it is possible to create a journal entry for Today, Yesterday, ... but not for future dates. Would it be possible to allow for future dates via a mini-calendar or even just text as is the case now.

What problem does it solve?

Use: I currently use this feature in Obisidan/Octarine to add info that I will need on that specific future date (telephone number to call, location of an appointment, screenshot of a QR code).

I would love to see this feature. I frequently add journals for days in the future, for example to write down a reminder for that day. Adding future journals would support this workflow.

I support desire for 'Choose Date' option in drop-down menu.
Importing sparse notes and tagging correct date currently slightly involved.
