[Bug]: Last change date of restored notes

What happened?

After deletion and restoration of a note the "last changed date" of that note is that of the restoration. I don't think that makes sense. I think also the "last change date" should be restored, as if that note had never been deleted.

I get the confusion. The date a note shows is the time of its last change of any kind, and moving a note to the trash or back out of it counts as a change, because that is how your other devices learn about it. We are looking at storing the time of your last edit separately, so that trashing, restoring or pinning a note no longer moves its date. Until then, your created date is never touched: under Sort by, "Date created" keeps restored notes in their original place.
