Align the architecture document with the current public Action surface introduced by #72 and #73.
The three lifecycle Actions remain the primary integration API, while purpose-specific Actions are public only where an independent consumer exists. All of them remain thin adapters over the same versioned PHP product rather than separate policy implementations.
