Remove the one-shot
publish-v0.10.16.ymlworkflow left behind after v0.10.16 was published.The repository now has a self-contained, version-driven publisher in
.github/workflows/release.yml, with rootVERSIONas the product version source. Keeping a workflow hard-coded to v0.10.16 is obsolete and can attempt to recreate an old tag/release if edited.This mirrors the cleanup already performed for the temporary v0.10.15 publisher in #51 and removes migration residue before final retirement of
LibreCodeCoop/github-workflows.
