Summary
Expand the managed workflow set for
LibreCodeCoop/extractto all workflows already validated against central LibreCode implementations:reuse.yml;lint-info-xml.yml;lint-php.yml;lint-php-cs.yml;psalm.yml;lint-eslint.yml;lint-stylelint.yml;npm-build.yml;block-unconventional-commits.yml;openapi.yml.Each file in the consumer has been validated through a real pull request using the central reusable workflow implementation.
The first successful synchronization should adopt the current files into
.github/librecode-workflows.lockwithout silently replacing locally divergent content.Authentication
Cross-repository synchronization is now authenticated through the installed LibreCode Workflow Automation GitHub App. The App generates short-lived installation tokens scoped to the individual consumer repository.
The initial real synchronization already adopted
reuse.ymlsuccessfully in LibreCodeCoop/extract#159. After this PR merges, the next sync should extend that lock to the remaining validated workflows.
