Removes the retired
release-nextcloud-appworkflow, its metadata, and the stale documentation entry that still described it as cataloged.This is Phase 0 cleanup from #181 and aligns with LibreCodeCoop/.github#57 and #180.
No compatibility shim is introduced: the workflow is intentionally retired rather than migrated.
