refactor: reduce release plan log verbosity - #166

Keep the complete ReleasePlan in its state file/artifact and expose only the concise ready/path outputs needed by the workflow. This avoids dumping the full plan payload into nested action logs while preserving the step summary and audit contracts. Signed-off-by: Vitor Mattos <vitor@php.rio>

Keep the complete ReleasePlan JSON in the plan file/artifacts instead of also exposing the whole payload as a multiline action output. The operational summary, readiness, plan path and all persisted audit contracts remain unchanged.
