Summary
Correct the generated REUSE template header before publishing it to the organization catalog.
The upstream copyright and CC0 license remain unchanged. Only the distribution/source comments are adapted so developers installing the workflow from LibreCode do not see a misleading reference saying that the workflow is provided by Nextcloud's organization template repository.
This keeps the downstream difference explicit in the existing patch and preserves reproducible rendering.
