Verify and document trademark registrations

Both brands are confirmed by the project owner as registered with INPI. The remaining work is to record the exact official registration metadata without guessing from unrelated INPI records.

The project owns its official brand artwork and defines its copyright license as CC BY-SA 4.0.

This issue tracks only trademark-registration metadata and public attribution details.

Tasks

• verify current INPI registration numbers
• verify classes and status
• verify legal owner name as recorded by INPI
• decide which registration details should be published
• add registration attribution to TRADEMARKS.md if useful

The operative trademark usage policy is already defined in TRADEMARKS.md.

Copyright licensing and trademark permission have now been separated. Official artwork uses LicenseRef-Brand-Asset as an interim conservative license until the complete copyright/commissioned-work rights chain is verified. This issue should verify both trademark registrations and the copyright ownership/assignment needed before any broader open relicensing of official artwork.

This issue remains specifically for a verified search in the INPI Trademarks database; do not substitute company/cooperative records or software registration data for trademark registration metadata.
