Summary
Move the ESLint and stylelint catalog callers to the compatibility-fixed reusable implementations from LibreCodeCoop/github-workflows#31.
Both callers now pin immutable commit
bf6d298f17eacdada7d2f771cad8fe29a11ec09e, which preserves the supply-chain improvements while avoidingengine-strictregressions caused by stale dependency metadata.
