The files are generated and maintained in
LibreCodeCoop/github-workflows; this repository is only the organization-facing catalog used by GitHub's Actions → New workflow experience.Published files:
workflow-templates/reuse.ymlworkflow-templates/reuse.properties.jsonThe workflow is derived from Nextcloud's template and adapted centrally in
github-workflowsto use a public GitHub-hosted runner.Source of truth: LibreCodeCoop/github-workflows#9 and subsequent fixes.
After this PR is merged, the next validation step is to confirm the card is visible in Actions → New workflow and install it in a consumer repository.
