Align Astro with the committed lockfile and integrations.

apps/docs/bun.lock still resolves astro@4.16.19, but apps/docs/package.json requires ^7.3.2. The resolved @astrojs/tailwind@5.1.5 supports only Astro 3, 4, or 5. Use mutually compatible Astro and integration versions, then regenerate and commit apps/docs/bun.lock.
