- Line 6: Update the system-facts chart values template to expose LICENSE_KEY
under secrets and ORGANIZATION_IDS and LICENSE_ENABLED under configmap; update
the configmap template to render ORGANIZATION_IDS and LICENSE_ENABLED
explicitly, defaulting the latter to enabled so operators can use the documented
values path to disable the license gate.
Review comments at @charts/system-facts/templates/bootstrap-postgres.yaml:
- Around line 108-113: Update the operator-facing documentation for the
bootstrap Job to state that it only creates the role password and does not
rotate it; for an existing database, document the required order: change the
PostgreSQL role password as an administrator, set POSTGRES_PASSWORD and
DB_PASSWORD_BOILERPLATE to the same value, and keep the bootstrap Job disabled.
Do not add ALTER ROLE behavior to the bootstrap flow.
Review comments at @charts/system-facts/values-template.yaml:
- Around line 96-109: Remove the explicit connection keys from the `configmap`
in the `values-template.yaml` content so their presence does not override
shared-helper fallbacks; retain only non-connection defaults that are still
required. Ensure `POSTGRES_HOST`, `REDIS_HOST`, and `PLUGIN_AUTH_HOST` are
omitted unless users explicitly configure them.
Review comments at @charts/system-facts/values.yaml:
- Line 379: Update the amd64 sidecar tag in the `aws.rolesAnywhere.enabled`
configuration to use a specific versioned tag instead of `latest-amd64`, and
constrain workloads enabling the sidecar to amd64 nodes with the Kubernetes
architecture node selector.

The chart defaults describe a production install and the app refuses to boot with them on kind (POSTGRES_PASSWORD is required in production). Install the bundled Postgres and Valkey topology as a development-class environment with the license gate off. Requested-by: @brunognovaes
The chart pins namespaceOverride: system-facts while the gate installs with -n it-system-facts, so the bundled Postgres Secret was not visible to the workload (CreateContainerConfigError). Point the override at the gate namespace. Requested-by: @brunognovaes

On a clean node, the Deployment can remain unavailable because the image cannot be pulled.Publish this exact image for anonymous pulls, or make the documented install values require and configure a registry credential. The 404 does not establish whether the image is private or missing, but neither case supports the current no-credential default.

- values-template: drop the empty connection keys from configmap; a native key set to "" overrides global.datastores/global.auth and rendered empty hosts. Document ORGANIZATION_IDS / LICENSE_KEY and fix leftover boilerplate.* names. - configmap: render ORGANIZATION_IDS and LICENSE_ENABLED when set, the path the README documents for the license gate. - migrations: keep an explicit backoffLimit of 0 (default only when unset), with unit tests for 0 and unset. - worker: mask userinfo on the full URL before cutting the origin, so a malformed password with "/", "?" or "#" never reaches the refusal message. - README: document that the bootstrap Job sets the role password on creation only, and the rotation order for an existing role.

configured names from the same settings used by the migrations Job, then use
those names consistently in existence checks, creation commands, and grants.
Quote configurable names as PostgreSQL identifiers.

…s tag example - bootstrap: refuse to render when the application resolves a database or user other than "system-facts" (same helpers as the ConfigMap); the Job only creates the fixed names, so it could report success for names the app does not use. Unit tests for both cases. - bootstrap: fail before the first write when DB_PASSWORD_BOILERPLATE from the Secret is empty, instead of creating a role with a NULL password that later runs never repair. Unit test asserts the check is in the script. - README: the migrations example tag is empty (tracks appVersion) instead of a pre-release.
